Juicy Couture is suing JuicyCampus.com for alleged trademark violations.

JuicyCampus is the now infamous sites where college students can post anonymously about each other. It has drawn a great deal of criticism from both educators and students alike, though its popularity across campuses has only increased.

Juicy Couture, on the other hand, is a clothing company that has used the term Juicy throughout its merchandise and branding. The suit points out the fact that the company oftentimes uses the term with collegiate connotations, though does not seem to have ever specifically trademarked such phrases.
